Aussive™ has chosen to send the products directly from the supplier to you. This way we can save a lot on storage, transport and packaging costs. This allows us to offer you the products at the most honest price.
Although all import costs are paid in advance, it can sometimes happen that the import costs have to be paid at the door. Aussive is not responsible for this and we will not take this amount into account. If you send us an email, we will look into what caused the problem and we can come to a solution.

Track order?
If you place an order with us, you will receive the track & trace code after a few days. This code is not immediately active because it must first go through various systems. After approximately 3 to 8 working days after you have received your track & trace code, the shipping updates can be followed.
